    Lyme Disease Financial Assistance

      • LymeAid 4 Kids
        To qualify, your child must be under 21 years old and not have medical insurance coverage for Lyme Disease. It can provide up to $1,000 toward a diagnosis and treatment.
      • Lyme-TAP (The Lyme Test Access Program)
        This program may provide financial assistance with Lyme Disease testing costs. It is offered by the Rotary Club of Ferndale Foundation, in coordination with the Humboldt Lyme Awareness Group, based in California.
      • Clinic of Angels
        Provides financial assistance for treatment of the following diseases: Lyme Disease, Neurological Illness, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia.
      • Needy Meds
        Needy Meds provides information on manufacturer based drug assistance programs to help consumers in obtaining medications that are not covered by any insurance plan or would otherwise be too expensive.

    Lyme Disease Physician Referrals

    To locate a doctor who specializes in treating tick-borne diseases in children and adolescents, email: [email protected]. Please let us know which State you reside in and the age of your child. Our referrals include doctors who follow the diagnostic and treatment guidelines set by the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS). You may also contact ILADS directly for physician referrals at www.ilads.org. Or, the Lyme Disease Association at www.lymediseaseassociation.org.

    State support groups can be a valuable resource for locating physicians in your region. Contact information for Lyme disease support groups can usually be found by searching online. Unfortunately, CLDN does not have a list.
